Kyroquat is a highly concentrated, lightly herbal-scented quaternary ammonium compound (QAC) disinfectant. Manufactured by Kyron Laboratories, it's specifically formulated for effective disinfection in animal environments, including veterinary clinics, kennels, catteries, and livestock housing.

Kyroquat is a potent bactericidal and fungicidal agent, demonstrating a 99.9% kill rate against common pathogens like E. coli, S. aureus, and Ps. aeruginosa when correctly diluted. It's ideal for general disinfection and treating areas with a high bacterial burden, such as clinic floors, operating tables, sinks, and cages. For optimal efficacy, it's typically diluted (e.g., 1:50) and left in contact for at least 10 minutes.
