Refund policy
1. Final Sale Policy
All sales are considered final once the order has been collected or delivered. We do not offer cash, credit card, or original-payment-method refunds for change of mind or service dissatisfaction after the point of collection.
2. Store Credit Only
While we do not offer traditional refunds, we want you to be happy with your experience. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase after collection, we may offer Store Credit at our discretion.

Store credit will be applied directly to your customer account.

Store credit does not expire and can be used for any future purchase.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they have been collected. Once an order has been picked up or has left our premises, it falls under our "Final Sale" policy.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or incorrect at the time of collection, please notify our staff immediately. We will work to replace the item or provide store credit on the spot.
