Imizol is a highly effective injectable solution containing Imidocarb dipropionate (typically 12% m/v or 85 mg/ml), a powerful antiprotozoal. It is a cornerstone for the control of tick-borne diseases in various animal species.

Key Uses:

Cattle: Imizol is primarily used to treat and prevent Redwater (Babesiosis) caused by Babesia bigemina and Babesia bovis (African and Asiatic Redwater). It also treats and aids in the prevention of Tick-borne Gallsickness (Anaplasmosis). It offers prophylactic protection against Asiatic Redwater for up to 4 weeks and African Redwater for up to 8 weeks.

Horses, Donkeys, Mules: Effective for the treatment and prevention of Equine Babesiosis (Babesia equi and Babesia caballi).

Sheep: Used for the treatment of Babesiosis (Babesia ovis).

Administration: Typically given via subcutaneous (SC) or intramuscular (IM) injection.
