Bovitect III is a combination vaccine for cattle (3 months+), primarily aimed at reducing Bovine Respiratory Disease (BRD). It combines an inactivated Mannheimia haemolytica component (a key pneumonia-causing bacterium) with modified live IBR (Bovine Herpesvirus 1) and BVDV-1 (Bovine Viral Diarrhoea Virus 1). This dual protection helps prevent bacterial pneumonia and common viral triggers. It's often recommended for feedlot cattle and requires a booster. A 21-day meat withdrawal applies. Not for pregnant animals or dairy herds.
